Oculus Tools

Oculus Tools is a suite of electronic fund transfer management tools that Transaction Junction uses in the management and delivery of our Oculus products. Some of these tools are available to our clients to enhance the current solution or for situations where the client wants to enhance their current infrastructure with the capability of the tool.

With our Oculus Tools suite of products and services we provide high levels of business visibility. Management integration into our customers’ current management processes allows the customer the control to grow and adapt their business with ease.

A short description of our most important tools are:

Transpector – Transpector can be described as the most useful enquiring tool developed specifically for our clients.  Transpector allows you to focus on your core business while lending the client the ability to do enquiries on the following:

• Transaction queries
• Site monitoring
• Reconciliation results

In addition Transpector can perform new functions around exception management. These adjustments will include:

• Removal of exceptions that do not require adjustments
• Injection of transactions for under payments
• Injection of transactions for over payments

For electronic funds transfers the management of exceptions will be the responsibility of the Acquiring Bank and must adhere to their requirements.

Transpector will support a number of levels of security:

• Operators that can view terminal information and make card queries
• Financial Staff that can view reconciliation results
• Bank Agents that can perform adjustments
• Bank Managers that can authorise adjustments
